The design of the floor is to increase the sense of hierarchy. The public area spaces are cleverly linked, and the whole is extended, visually, to meet the female homeowner's favourite sense of spaciousness and comfort.

Considering that each room has an independent bathroom, the existence of the public bathroom and nanny room is not very meaningful, the designer reduced the area of the nanny room and the public restroom by half, releasing extra space to the guest dining room, the original living room's convex corner area has also been removed and levelled off, making the guest dining room more spacious and bright.

The newly added island of about 3m is used as a transit area, which not only has the function of storage, but also strengthens the sense of interaction, so that the homeowner can make food while observing the children's movements, or they can also work here for a while .

The built-in invisible double-door refrigerator is hidden in the cabinet, which is neat and unified. Adequate storage and operating countertops make the rational use of space simple and orderly.

Considering the specificity of the homeowner's industry, the designer designed two cloakrooms inside and outside, the outer one for the female homeowner's fashionable pied-à-terre and the inner one for the male homeowner's wardrobe. The floating TV cabinet meets the homeowner's need to watch TV, and the small desk at the back side can be used for reading or micro-office.
