ALILA Hotel is a unique building with natural power and free soul. She sits on the cliff of a huge reef peninsula protruding into the sea, with steady main part as a rock and a floating roof like the sea wave. Uphold respect for nature's design principles, towering buildings for hotel rooms massing is gracefully handled, creating two parallel lines slightly sub-angle, like a split rocks, into the sea front overlooking the dynamic modeling, echoing the rock and the sea with its passion and Impulsion.
With the designer's skillful treatment of the main body of the 105-room hotel, another highlight of the hotel is the meticulous planning and crafting of public supporting areas. In order to make best of the unique natural features of the island’s cliffs, the sea view hall and green garden restaurant are arranged at each end of the site, in harmony with the surrounding scenery, as the terraces and towers in Chinese garden. While the large-scale all-day dining, banquet hall and logistic space are cleverly hidden in the natural mountain and covered with native vegetation and rocks, reflecting the original natural growth mechanism and rough texture. It is the cornerstone of the entire building, making the building and nature inseparable.
A roundabout trail draws together multiple nodes around: overhanging rock 20M infinity pool, sunset mountain bar, sea view tearoom, as well as SPA, fitness center and etc., revealing Alila's unique natural experience concept, so as to provide the private courtesy of luxury hotels.
