The design team intends to create a unique and engaging venue through a multifaceted design, where people can enjoy art and life daily. The project is a fusion of fashion and the warmth of wood. The design team combined stylish elements with wood to shape a modern yet cozy atmosphere, allowing people to feel at home while staying on trend. In addition, the luxury of Art Deco gives the space an artistic ambiance and appeals to those looking for a unique experience. Finally, a creative spatial layout and artistic landscaping form an environment that links the shared facilities together to create an open, fluid flow. Geometric patterns, water features, and greenery construct a scene that feels like walking into an art exhibition, including water features, gardens, and sitting areas. People can feel the spaciousness and unobstructedness. Art Paintings and Decorations: Custom woodcuts and decorations echoing the Art Deco style are available in the shared facilities to enrich the artistic ambiance. Each painting has been skillfully integrated into the design, making it a distinctive highlight of the area.
