Jinmao International New City Villa

The homeowners in this case are two artists born in the 1990s. The male homeowner frequently performs around the world, while the female homeowner has achieved high success in the field of music. They both have a high level of tolerance for different styles, and ultimately, we settled on a dark and mysterious style, which aligns with the homeowners' tastes. The entire project is primarily based on shades of black and gray, giving a sense of mystery, and it aims to create a vibrant "dark."



The ripple patterns on the living room ceiling represent the musical notes left on the water's surface when the female homeowner plays the piano. The basement is the main activity area, with the entire space opened up. By varying the ground elevation and materials, the space is separated to create an open yet visually distinct area. The music hall and bar area complement each other, adding color to one another.



The gaming area draws inspiration from cyberpunk aesthetics, creating a sense of technology and science fiction. The basement level features a fitness and private coaching area, serving as a space for the homeowners to relieve stress. The entire top floor is the master bedroom, slightly luxurious but ensuring a high-quality lifestyle for the homeowners. The third floor's starry sky terrace provides a cozy, independent space for the couple, where they can continue composing the symphony of their life over a cup of coffee or tea.
