The owners love the simple Japanese atmosphere and living with their parents. Considering the needs of three generations living together, the designer creates a Japanese texture with white and light wood tones in the 35-pyong new house space; it also tries to reserve spacious walkways to facilitate the elders to enjoy unimpeded movement when they need to push wheelchairs in the future. Children in the family like to relax on the floor, so Tatami room space is specially designed to meet the fun of life of the whole family.



The entrance uses a line curtain to obscure the interior scene and create a Japanese atmosphere. We have added warm texture to the overall space through wood grain matching; and glass doors are also adopted to reduce the sense of space being cut off. Elaborated by wood grain, TV wall shows the simple texture of large ware.



Tatami room is defined by the raised floor and public area, and the field is divided flexibly by a double opening glass door. An active table is arranged in the middle, which can be placed on the ground and is flat and consistent with the whole and room floor.



The kitchen space has an excellent view as dining area uses L-shaped large opening windows, and the glass material allows light to enter the interior, enhancing the sense of transparent and flowing space.



Master bedroom is matched with grey wood grain and stone grain to create a calm, restrained and comfortable atmosphere.



The walkway meets the structural beams and columns, and the air conditioning pipeline passes through this line, so the ceiling is decorated with a wooden grille shape, and at the same time connects the public and private areas, creating a visual focus of the private area.
