Yakitori One

The concept of design incorporated traditional Japanese architecture and art, creating a Zen atmosphere. Using wood texture to enhance the facade and visual layers. It shows the craftsmanship and artistic of the exterior.



The design inspiration comes from nature. “Wood” and “Water” as the overall elements. From ground floor space filled with warm solid wood material. Bringing relaxation and relief, along with faint light shining through the paper, like sunlight shining through the forest. It resonates with the energy-representing red walls, allowing hungry and weary people to imagine and anticipate flavors through color, extending from their visual senses.



Open layout of yakitori bar stations, guests can overlook the chef’s bake and grill through the glass closer. Making the dining experience interactive and enjoyable. On the basement floor, the ceiling design minimizes the oppression at the top with the attention focusing on the wall with lighting texture. Lighting projects a floating water effect, creating a tranquil and poetic atmosphere that becomes the focus of the space. The artistic arches above the stairs and outside the private rooms add to the experience of an art gallery. By using earthy tones, the booths are transformed into caves, complemented by black stone cabinets, adding an elegant and mysterious vibe with a unique charm.



All interior walls use Taiwan stucco, which fully utilizes the modified agricultural waste from the local water reservoir, and combines, and non-toxic wood materials that ensuring the safety and quality of the restaurant space.

In addition to the visual, efficient kitchen exhaust equipment, activated carbon, and ultraviolet are used to remove oil fumes and odors. It also maintains air quality for neighborhood. Furthermore, modular design is used for wooden construction to save labor and accelerate the construction process.



The design combines tradition and innovative art while considering environmental sustainability and user experience. It not only provides a peaceful and elegant dining space where taste and vision blend together, but also offers a unique immersive experience.
