CSCEC-XI'AN METRO Hill Sea Mansion Sales Center

This case relates to the interior design of the sales center of China State Construction · Shan Hai Jing, a project located in Xi’an, China. What makes this project distinguished is the sales center right above a bridge under the city TOD plan. This special architectural structure puts the original interior layout under a test. In this regard, how to deliver delightful space aesthetics without compromising the unobstructed interior traffic is seen as a critical part of the design. As inspired by the design of modern art museum, the designer puts forward a winding staircase as the flawless solution. Walking in the hall from the entrance, your attention will be captured by the golden winding staircase and vertical hung crystal ornament. Its spiral form creates an aesthetic and efficient stairway in a compact space. In a sense, the winding staircase is not only a functional architectural element, but also an art installation highly reconciled with the space atmosphere. Looking across the visiting traffic, you will see the sand table and brand show area on the right. Flowing elements and ribbons are incorporated into the chandelier, and the layered line elements confer the space an intense layering and artistic atmosphere. The communication area is disposed on the left side of the traffic, all soft furnishings including furniture and decorative paintings are selected from the range of modernist art. Notably the water bar is an extension of the space traffic, the metal chandelier ornament with vintage color complements with the perceived elegance of the entire bar. In addition to the role of guiding the visiting traffic, its dark hue enhances the visual hierarchy, dimension and space depth across the art space.
