The gut renovation of this hotel following a devastating fire was coordinated between several firms across four continents on a tight construction schedule. Despite these challenges, a high level of design was achieved, setting a new standard of luxury for downtown Dubai. Throughout the property, lighting is integral in reinforcing the voluminous interior design and in showcasing the high level of finishes. A centralized control system allows for the front desk to manage all the spaces, while each amenity area is still able to operate independently of one another, allowing for flexible use throughout.
