Overall, it is a digital intelligent marketing and management tool developed to address the pain points of ceramic tile stores in achieving sales.

The SMI system aims to achieve end-to-end marketing management, including "pre-sale customer acquisition, addressing pain points in closing deals, consumer service follow-up, training empowerment, customer information management, and store management."

Notably, the SMI system utilizes 3D digital virtual technology to visualize ceramic tile products. Consumers can directly view the 3D rendering of products online through our system, eliminating the need for them to imagine the product mentally. Furthermore, the intelligent algorithm embedded in the SUNDA (Guangzhou SUNDA International Trading Co Ltd.) SMI calculates the required purchase quantity and price instantly by simply inputting the room's dimensions.
