SUSHIYOSHI

SUSHIYOSHI started in Osaka and they grow its stores, the Shenzhen restau-rant will expand its overseas footprint, to provide a new interpretation of Japa-nese cuisine in a contemporary context for gourmets in greater China. Located in Shenzhen's Ping An International Finance Centre, the city's premier sky-scraper and a hub for the middle and upper class clientele.

The project explores color and texture on how to express nature through a series of design languages that combine Japanese style and contemporary spirit, cre-ating an "exclusive and customized" dining space for the brand, in the expan-sion and contraction of the layout, the turning of the real and imaginary, the choice of materials and elements. A perfect journey is not only about the satis-faction of the taste buds, but also about the intuitive experience and deep en-joyment of the diners in the process, to perceive the original taste of the food, to experience the craftsmanship of the chef, to immerse themselves in the creation of the atmosphere, and ultimately to gain a spiritual resonance.
