Optical fiber bristles are an enviroment-friendly transparent light-conductive fiber material, based on the principle of total internal reflection of light. They possess exceptional light-conducting performance and provide excellent solutions for fields with high demands on light conductivity, such as medical and beauty. The selection of raw materials and the manufacturing process adhere to environmentally friendly principles, ensuring a high level of sustainability.



The optical fiber bristles cleverly utilize the principle of total internal reflection of light. At the center of the bristles, there is a tiny fiber core with a diameter of either 8 micrometers or 50 micrometers, which has a very high refractive index, while the outer cladding has a lower refractive index. Because the refractive index of the cladding is significantly lower than that of the core, when light enters the boundary between the core and cladding, it undergoes multiple total internal reflections and bends as it progresses without penetrating the interface. This is similar to light being tightly encapsulated within the core, allowing light to propagate only along the fiber core, much like how water can only flow within a water pipe.



The uniqueness of optical fiber bristles lies in their square shape, which not only increases the friction on the bristle's surface, enhancing cleaning effectiveness, but also significantly improves light-guiding capability. The design of square bristles means that more light can be directed to the target area, providing users with a more powerful illumination effect, ensuring that every detail receives full attention and care.



The raw material for our optical fiber bristles is derived from renewable carbon sources found in the natural world. During the production process, it effectively reduces greenhouse gas emissions and pollution, integrating ecological sustainability into the material's core. Moreover, this material, under certain fermentation and degradation conditions, is biodegradable by microorganisms, making it a symbol of green environmental protection.
