This Art Center is designed by an architectural system which is an integrated whole functioning like an organism. It is generated as much as possible by the influence of the surrounding context. The external influence squeezes the system, generating a highly dynamic internal space, which is SELF-ORGANIZED rather than artificially predetermined. The design logic based on the surroundings ultimately resulted in insignificant architectural openness and publicness which promote the dissemination of the art to the general public.

The publicness and openness allow the art center to possess greater public value beyond art exhibitions. While this public event, apart from art exhibitions, in turn enhance the dissemination of art to the general public, enabling art to influence a broader group of people beyond art enthusiasts.
