The headquarters office area of COSCO Shipping Group is located on the 31st to 33rd floors of Building A, Beijing COSCO Shipping International Center. It was opened in January 2019 and has a building area of approximately 6700 square meters. Adhering to the brand value concept of "common growth, healthy architecture", the headquarters office area of COSCO SHIPPING Group has officially launched a renovation and upgrading, with ingenuity in creating new office spaces.

We adhere to the dual standards of the Ocean Health Building System and the US WELL Health Building Platinum Certification to create a green and healthy lighting office space. After a series of rigorous inspections, the new office area of COSCO Shipping Group headquarters is expected to become the largest office area in China with the highest level of WELL certification.

The use of design techniques not only satisfies functional lighting, but also gives the space a sense of hierarchy. Achieved the goals of healthy lighting and energy conservation. The opening office space and conference space adopt intelligent control mode to meet the lighting needs of different periods of sunlight and usage scenarios.

Based on the "Health" brand concept of COSCO Shipping Group and combined with the WELL platinum rating standard, this practical project aims to create a new and healthy office model with experience, service, and products as carriers, achieving harmonious operation between people, environment, and buildings.

Based on lighting and centered around employee health, reshape an open, shared, and intelligent work atmosphere. By providing a comfortable environment experience, expressing the company's philosophy, and utilizing light and shadow to create an "urban garden" for employees in the best areas, we aim to create an open, shared, healthy, green, and humanized office space, setting a dual benchmark for future office trends and humanized experiences.
