The project is located at the junction of OCT Area and Dashahe Cultural Landscape Area, Nanshan District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province. It is adjacent to Shahe East Road in the west, Xintang Street in Baishizhou area in the north, Shahe Street in Baishizhou area in the east, and in the south is the new municipal road.

With a panorama of golf court in city center, the project is adjacent to the Dasha River ecological corridor, known as the Shenzhen version of the Seine River, located next to the famous golf.
