Inspired by the poetic musings of Taiwanese writer Yu Kuang Chung, who likened the Northern Tropic to a melodic string resonating in the sun's reflection, our architectural endeavor embodies Taiwan's enduring melody.

Embraced by verdant mountains and lush forests, the project site is strategically positioned at the crossroads of the park's main thoroughfares. Here, iWill Biomedical Technology Inc., a subsidiary of Taiwan Bifido Group, thrives under its mantra "95% by Nature," committed to pioneering research and innovation in cosmetics, skincare, & cleaning products.

In line with iWill's ethos of natural purity and environmental consciousness, our architectural design transcends the conventional rigidity of factory structures. Instead, we've sculpted an edifice exuding warmth and vitality, mirroring the soft elegance of iWill's acclaimed skincare line, particularly its signature cleansing foam, "Mousse."

Drawing inspiration from the airy texture of mousse, our design manifests in undulating façades and fluid contours that embrace the landscape. Ventilated openings punctuate the exterior, fostering a symbiotic relationship between form and function while imbuing the interior with a dynamic ambiance. This organic design approach also extends into the lobby, passing on a vivid vibe to the interior space.

Beyond aesthetics, sustainability lies at the heart of our design philosophy. Utilizing energy-efficient materials such as 3D steel insulation panels, we've fortified the structure against seismic activity while reducing its carbon footprint. The incorporation of EPS insulation promotes thermal regulation, curbing energy consumption year-round.

Moreover, our architectural innovation extends beyond the confines of the factory walls, offering expansive sky gardens for communal gatherings and cultural events. Reflecting the natural topography, accessible catwalks facilitate maintenance while fostering an eco-conscious ethos among inhabitants.
