JADE VILLA, called Fourth-generation Courtyard House, is a three-dimensional eco-house featuring an innovative residential design. Based on the design concept of "human-centric, eco-friendly, friendly neighborliness, intelligence and convenience, and innovation and technology", it borrows from the landscape of Wu Hu and takes the inspirational theme of "creating a building adorned with a spring mountain scenery, arriving home as if stepping into a verdant forest" to create a supernatural modern, enchanting residential quarter.
This project emphasizes "context" rather than "form" in terms of design skills, showing a simple modern architecture through the strategically appropriate arrangement of shapes, sequences, profiles, and light changes. The long-span and large-scale building contributes to a modern striking facade. What is noteworthy to mention is its exclusive hanging garden, which is brought into the interior through the stereo ecological cultivation technology. The hanging garden runs from east to west and is characterized by a staggered sequence of greenery. This detail ensures the common area of each unit is filled with both bright sunlight and quality greenspaces. The automatic irrigation system guarantees adequate watering for greenery. All of this allows the owners to experience a natural "oxygen bar" at home. Part of the building adopts an empty space design that serves as a transitional space between the interior and exterior, offering a comfortable environment for enhanced neighborhood relations. The interior layout is mobile and adjustable, allowing free combination and efficient use of the space.
Aside from the use of high-performance concrete and other structural materials, the community is constructed with eco-friendly, low-polluting building materials, such as low-carbon cement, eco-friendly paint, and insulation materials. At the same time, it utilizes the rainwater harvesting system, green vegetation, rain garden, and other approaches to restore the ecology. It leverages the surrounding terrain, water features, and other natural elements to harmonize with the local natural environment.
