This case is aimed at urban white-collar workers and multi-generational family structure people who pursue quality of life, and creates a high-end community environment with quality connotation value + low-luxury details + sitting on the mountain and facing the sea for this customer group, so as to create a healthy, comfortable, functional and trend-leading high-end community environment.

The design adopts a modern style, with light gray and light coffee as the main colors, with off-white and champagne colors, with the theme of "high mountains and flowing water", creating a flexible and natural architectural shape.

In the concept of landscape design, the concept of "dynamic" pavement lines, "modern" design techniques, "organic" ecological plants, "elegant" landscape sketches, rich in "level" height difference processing, full of "vitality" all-age activity space, "private" leisure space, to create a "one axis, two cores, seven realms" spatial pattern: one axis - the main axis of welcoming the courtesy home; Two cores - residential landscape core, kindergarten landscape core;
