Based on the design concept of Anker's innovative culture and values, this project follows the corporation's core concept of " First principle, The ultimate, Common growth", aiming to maximize employees' daily work efficiency. With the guiding principle of pursuing the ultimate, this project tries to ensure each design element has a positive impact on employee's work experience and productivity. Attaching great importance to the growth mindset, this project adopts flexible designs, which can keep evolving with the development of the company.
Anker Innovations project incorporates a mezzanine platform and cross-floor staircases to enhance space utilization and staff flow efficiency, building a more flexible and efficient work environment. It introduces intelligent access control and elevator control as well as other energy management systems to guarantee efficient and safe interior communication and collaboration. The interior space serves as a maker platform, which merges college culture and shared devices to promote diverse communication and improve the user experience.
The overall project blends in well with the surroundings and strictly keeps in line with the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) standards. It utilizes modular designs to facilitate assembly, further improving spatial flexibility. In addition, it applies eco-friendly materials and fabricated construction techniques for durability and sustainability, contributing to environmental protection.
