ONE SINO RESIDENCES

The project is situated in the Hexi District of Yizhuang New City in Beijing, China, adjoining the area development belt and Beijing-Tianjin Industrial Development Corridor. As the top-tier product of China's Seascape series, the landscape design of ONE SINO RESIDENCES draws inspiration from the concept of New York's Central Park, transforming it into an international community with a global perspective. We adhere to Olmsted's design philosophy for Central Park, integrating a naturalistic landscape into the entire site, allowing the residents a daily life enveloped in a vast amount of greenery, shady walking systems across the whole garden, and expansive sunny lawns.

The form and distinctive features of the entrance inherit the symbols of the "Zangfeng Series" product entrance in Chinese Overseas communities. A ceremonial hotel-style entrance space is formed through a combination of blue-eye marble and metal plates. Upon entering the park from the entrance, a curved scenic wall and the base of the waterscape pool are made from materials chosen to blend with each other directly. A light grey pathway winds through vibrant green groups of plants.

The central part of the north side is the core of the circulation. The terrain gradually rises from a depression, extending to the double-deck viewing platform in the distance. At the highest point of the Northern district, there is a two-story suspended viewing platform. The cantilevered second-floor platform overlooks the distant landscape, making it a great spot to enjoy the sunset. The first floor has cascading water features, providing different vantage points for visitors. Underneath the viewing platform is a dynamic, interactive social space.

The children's activity area, fashioned after the Alice in Wonderland fairytale, is an exclusive children's space that combines participation, interaction, experience, and entertainment. Here, a series of custom-made children's activity facilities have been installed, with special rest pavilions for parents watching over their children.
