It is the first bamboo-constructed "forest therapy" eco-tourism park in Taiwan. Through comprehensive monitoring of soil, climate, and air quality and investigation of the local ecology, it achieves an environment that significantly improves cardiovascular function and promotes physical health. The “ShiBi Bamboo Recreational Forest Plan” covers an area of approximately 100 hectares and aims to nurture the land and people through nature. The designers combined bamboo art to shape an aesthetic environment and enhanced the quality of recreation through landscape improvements and trail connections.
The project integrates the natural environment and complies with the 17 objectives of the United Nations SDGs. People can purify their minds and souls and breathe clean air here. In the future, it will combine the resources of the government, local communities, tourism operators, and schools to promote the development of the tourism industry in the region. The project showcases Yunlin's design aesthetics. The optimized landscape facilities provide a quality tourism experience for local residents and tourists.
