2023 Keelung Ciao：Between Ocean and Light

The theme of Keelung Ciao 2023 is “Between Ocean and Light”. Through three sub-themes—“Underwater Fantasy—Eternal Blue”, “Surface of the Sea—Encountering the Light of Hope”, and “Crossing the Interface—A Dialogue between the Blue and the People”—the exhibition calls on people to be stewards of the diverse marine life and to think about how people and ocean systems interact with one another above and below the shimmering interface that is the sea.
