River New Star Reception Center

Inspired by Alice in Wonderland, the design of the River New Star Reception Center aims to achieve a unique, lively space filled with natural elements that appeal to young families and first-time buyers. Highlights include a bamboo and tree entrance that symbolizes growth with the environment and four cabins that provide a variety of experiences to showcase the diversity of green and residential styles. The main materials are wood, calcium silicate panels, baking surfaces, and characteristic clinker planks on the back wall of the counter, emphasizing the natural and warm atmosphere.
The reception center occupies an area of 264.4 square meters, with reception, negotiation, and display areas. Despite the challenge of the uncertainty of the site boundary, the design was rolled out and adjusted to perfection. Owners and visitors commented on the child-friendly design and its integration with nature, especially the parent-child-friendly design elements which are well received by children. Furthermore, the design is sustainable. The reusable materials and structures demonstrate a commitment to environmental friendliness.
