The Elegance of Modesty Home

This project is located in the most exclusive area of ​​New Taipei City. Design inspiration and concepts mainly come from three major projects:







Item 1: The identity of the owner of this case is extremely low-key. The owners hope that this house will be a home where they can enjoy the quality time of three generations living together, so the main axis of the entire design is a modern and grand style.







The second piece: the design and planning of spacious public and private areas. After the grand entrance hall is a public area, consisting of a living room and an open dining room. While pursuing taste and quality of life, you can also enjoy the wonderful life of three generations living under one roof.







Article 3: There is a large rectangular dining table in the center, showing that this is a wonderful area for family meals and gatherings. How to create a comfortable home for three generations in a modern high-end residence was the biggest challenge of this design project.







Use mainly neutral tones such as grey, white and brown, which create a warm and cozy feeling in the space. Mainly based on modern minimalist style, simple lines and shapes are used to create a fresh and warm atmosphere.





The total project area is 400 square meters. On the basis of meeting functional requirements, designers always create a modern style that combines luxury and simplicity. There is no flashy color rendering or complex element overlay, and the design returns to its pure essence. This design is not only beautiful, but also very suitable for families with three generations living under one roof, taking into account both comfort and practicality.
