Starting from the perspective of observing urban life, this case reshapes and integrates the urban structure created by the urban texture and commercial form of this region. Design and utilize the functional patterns generated by the timeline of office workers in the base to form a work and life mode that is in line with the current regional characteristics and the post epidemic era, and combine it with the new sports and life field, transforming it into a microcosm of life and injecting it into an old, multi story corner house in the city. I hope that office workers and the surrounding people can have an innovative life experience in the future, create more interaction between people and the world, and also activate and utilize idle spaces in the city.
In terms of materials and lighting, choose environmentally friendly and low-carbon materials for lighting. By utilizing the environmentally friendly and intelligent settings of the lamps, the brightness of the daytime and nighttime lights can be adjusted, and areas with low pedestrian flow or unused work and living areas at night can be partitioned to save electricity.
