Duomei'an·Lingdi Modular Smart Building

The full modular building differs from traditional modular construction and assembly methods, drawing inspiration from automotive manufacturing. Combining lightweight materials and high-strength bolt riveting, it achieves rapid segmented manufacturing, segmented, whole transportation, and convenient modular assembly. The main structure employs 95% proportion of hot-formed steel with a strength of up to 700Mpa, reaching a maximum of 1200Mpa. The exterior structural panels are made of 3-5 mm series aluminum-magnesium alloy, exhibiting excellent corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance and resistance to seawater spray. The unique no-pile leveling system allows adaptation to various terrains, becoming a distinctive design feature. The use of aluminum-magnesium alloy panels provides good impact resistance and damping properties, demonstrating outstanding wind and seismic resistance (wind resistance up to level 12, seismic resistance up to level 10). The structure supports multi-layer stacking assembly, with unlimited length and width expansion, and a building lifespan comparable to permanent structures, meeting requirements for extreme environmental conditions. Solar and wind power generation systems, along with energy storage modules, meet clean energy needs and remain stable in extreme conditions, including landslides, mudslides, floods and earthquakes. The manufacturing process is environmentally friendly, with 95% of materials being recyclable, achieving carbon neutrality and reducing carbon emissions.
