The clients for this project love unique and avant-garde styles. When conceptualizing the design, we experimented with new color combinations and materials to create an eye-catching interior space.
These bold attempts included using bright and vibrant colors such as yellow, blue, green, and orange, combined with transparent glass and light strips to create a fantastical visual effect. Starting from the entrance flooring, we deliberately used small-sized tiles for a mosaic effect. The saturated colors and straight lines give a sense of speed, making people eager to explore the interior. The left wall of the entrance is covered with mirrors, paired with a bright orange shoe bench illuminated by light strips underneath, making the entrance both functional and visually appealing to welcome clients back home.
The first area you see when entering is the dining & kitchen area. The dining table features a ceramic top with a white wood grain pattern, lively lines on the white surface, and hidden vibrant purple and yellow colors on the table legs, creating a delightful surprise. To increase the workspace, we customized an island to expand the dining and kitchen area, enhancing its functionality. The dining room chandelier is shaped somewhat like an infinity symbol, also representing completeness, symbolizing abundance in life and close family connections.
The living room is the highlight of this project, with an exciting color layout. The colors appear to clash but coexist harmoniously, making the space both avant-garde and well-designed. This presentation is achieved through the proportion and placement of colors in the space, aiming to make people feel energetic, joyful, and orderly. The sofa’s back wall is a mix of two colors and materials: a white lacquered wall paired with a blue special paint finish. Behind this wall is a guest room. Uniquely, this wall does not reach the side walls, leaving a gap filled with glass, creating a light-transmitting connection between the living room and the guest room.
