Beijing Investment Group Headquarters Building

The interior design area is about 30058 square meters. B4-B2 is the parking lot, B1-3F is the supporting commercial area, 4F-6F is the rental office, 7F is the subsidiary office of the group, and 8F-10F is the headquarters office of the group. The designer strive to draw the essence of traditional Chinese culture, present spatial effects through modern interpretation, and create a modern international corporate image of the Group rooted in China and facing the world. Interior design continues the dual axis design concept of architectural design, aligning the spatial layout with the original design intention of the entire building, matching the functional use, and unfolding the plane layout, creating a natural and organic visual landscape of the inner courtyard and indoor cross shaped public area. The main entrance of the first floor in the north-south direction forms a “ceremonial axis”, echoing the north-south layout of the group's office floor, representing both static and formal areas. Its design focuses on creating a solemn atmosphere. The commercial areas on both sides form a “dialogue axis”, representing dynamic and interactive areas, with a focus on promoting open communication and social interaction in their design. The layout of the east and west sides of the group’s office floors fully considers the dynamic connection between the green landscape of Renmin University on the east side, the interior courtyard landscape, and the indoor leisure public area landscape. This design not only increases the contrast of the space, but also enhances the vitality of the space, promoting interaction and connection between people.
