CITY OF JOY Sales Center

"After the first phase of CITY OF JOY was sold out, the marketing of the second phase of CITY OF JOY was ushered in in 2022. The project owner hoped that the second phase of the CITY OF JOY sales center would have a new look, based on the tacit understanding and experience accumulated in the first phase of the project. Based on the tacit cooperation and experience accumulated in the first phase of the residence, together with the assembly construction, we greatly accelerated the progress of work, and completed the renovation efficiently and cost-effectively. We accomplished the “refined upgrading and refurbishment” in the shortest possible time - one and a half months, which was a brand new challenge for the design team.



The sales space should present visitors with the possibility of future life, so the designers integrated local culture into the space, taking the ecological value of the project, Dinggangshan Wetland Park, as the inspiration concept, and introduced humanistic landscape and natural life into the interior, giving the space the dynamic mood of an “urban garden”, creating a theme space that is a blend of the city, the community, and the neighborhood of the park.
