Panyu Jiaotou Greentown Riverside Mansion

In the Panyu District of Guangzhou City, a project that carries a thousand years of culture and the beauty of ecology is quietly emerging. Here, by the Shiqiao River, surrounded by the Dafushan Forest Park, Lianhu Wetland Park, and DiShuiYan Forest Park, the "one river and three parks" form a tapestry where nature and culture are interwoven. The Panyu Transportation Investment · Greentown Lanjiang Yin Yue project takes the inheritance of Guangfu culture as its soul and the Lingnan garden as its skeleton, integrating Eastern aesthetics into modern life. The design is inspired by the delicacy of Guangdong embroidery and the exquisiteness of Yuyin Mountain House, aiming to create a "great landscape, small garden" luxurious and elegant space. Through a richly layered spatial sequence, it creates an immersive viewing experience of "a garden within a courtyard, and a courtyard within a garden." The first realm, the ceremonial hall, is echoed by a semi-transparent landscape wall, with a spatial view that is separated but not cut off, revealing the elegance and dignity of Eastern culture. The second realm, the converging hall of Sishui, takes the patio as the visual core, where one can walk and experience a spiritual purification. The third realm, the open pavilion of the backyard, offers a panoramic view of the garden space, facing the stage, listening to the melodious zither, and finding peace of mind. The garden and the circuitous path, garden within a garden, greenery entering the painting. The landscape stones, flowing water, characteristic benches, and pavement form a "water curtain" dynamic landscape, interpreting the texture of Lingnan landscape painting, and engaging in a dialogue with nature. Architectural design, in a modern Chinese style, is simple yet retains traditional charm. Flying eaves, wooden beams, and brick walls with brocade windows, modern architectural language re-creates the characteristics of the Lingnan mansion. This project is not only a building but also a dialogue between culture and nature, a blend of tradition and modernity, and a modern interpretation of Eastern aesthetics. On this ancient and vibrant land, we create a mark of the times with unique craftsmanship.
