Designing with a focus on functionality, professionalism, brand image, and environmental sustainability, we aim to create an efficient, comfortable, innovative, and memorable office space that enhances brand value. The design involves analyzing and exploring the existing building. The decision is to integrate and overlay on the basis of the original building form. Using a park-style approach, we construct dynamic pathways that guide from attraction to exploration, aiming to deeply express the core brand context and empower the brand. The reception area starts with the "UL circular logo" to initiate expansive thinking, creating a circular reception space. Upon entering the internal office area, a red gradient glass film, echoing the company's logo color, serves as the main visual focal point. This visual cue marks the first impression for visitors exiting the elevator hall, establishing a distinct symbol associated with UL. Within the office, we emphasize the impact of space on employee well-being and needs, creating an "urban garden" at the juncture of interior and exterior areas. This open, expansive shared space encourages various social activities beyond traditional office work, such as shared offices, collaborative discussions, and casual lunches. The employee workspace features expansive views, large windows for natural light, and an open tea area to start the day in an optimal work environment. Additionally, we design multifunctional meeting rooms and small private areas. These spaces, including small phone rooms, serve as interview spaces or remote workstations.
