Facing the Sun

The entire house is designed in line with modern light luxury style as the principle of design. The private area is designed in accordance with different preferences, thus embodying in different characteristics.



The core value of people-oriented design consisting of the trim decorations, traffic flows, functions of space, components of environment and preferences integrates each layout and creates vitality for space.



When the design project began, the designer took into considerations of the original building whose entryway directly beneath the staircase may seem oppressive, and the sunlight scattering in the living room was blocked by the community courtyard. To solve the flaw of entryway, the designer rearranged the TV wall on the side of staircase, furthermore distinguishing the entryway, hallway and TV wall by using the artistic stones. There is a cloakroom by the entryway, thus creating extra storage space in the house. To solve the problem of blocked daylight in the living room, the designer planned an open parlor on the first floor, and expanded the dining area having adequate sunlight to the living room. The design skill of borrowed scenery broadens the indoor space to the outdoor environment, thus spawning the pleasant, laid-back and exquisite ambience.



The designer caring for nature proposes the design ideas coexisting with nature and conforming the building and outdoor environment, thus ensuring the stainability and following the rules of ecology. The environmentally-friendly construction materials dialogically influence every client with a mission for a sustainable and green environment.
