Inspired by warehouse display shelves, the design incorporates stacked block-shaped geometric elements evolving from points to surfaces. Emphasizing fine craftsmanship, the flooring highlights intricate details and decorative applications.

Functionality is prioritized, with a focus on spatial efficiency and artful innovation. Within the atrium, an expansive negotiation area accommodates over ten individuals, complemented by an expansive product display zone. Careful consideration is given to the circulation, achieving a harmonious balance between the two entrance-ways and the internal layout, culminating in a visually cohesive and aesthetically pleasing environment.
