The project, based on the regional characteristics, seamlessly integrates green ecology with urban lifestyles across multiple dimensions and scales. With the core concept of "Multi-dimensional Ecology · City Connecting Mountains and Seas", it focuses on upgrading urban service facilities, striving to create a "quality residential community demonstrating urban public development and future vision" that embraces mountains and seas, fosters urban sharing, and harmoniously integrates ecological and humanistic elements.
The architectural design and landscape planning of the entire project are undertaken by the renowned Asia-Pacific architectural firm "HUAYI DESIGN." Based on a comprehensive analysis of the project site and its surrounding natural environment, the landscape planning embodies ecological, humanistic, and sustainable principles. The design team delves into ecological optimization, functional diversity, and humanistic concerns in their planning.
Ecological Priority: From its inception, Gangyue Jingyunxuan prioritized harmony with the surrounding environment, making ecology the cornerstone of its design. By introducing green ecological concepts, it strives to build a quality community embraced by mountains and the sea, an open residential area shared by the city, and a three-dimensional living space infused with ecological and cultural elements.
Functional Diversity: In landscape design, Gangyue Jingyunxuan goes beyond aesthetics, emphasizing practicality and functionality. It features both ornamental and functional activity spaces and landscape installations, catering to residents' leisure and entertainment needs.
Humanistic Care: The landscape design thoughtfully considers the needs of "the young and the old" within the community, providing activity spaces and facilities suitable for all age groups. It focuses on upgrading urban service facilities to offer a convenient and comfortable living environment for community residents.
