Conceptual Design of Shenzhen Prince Bay Project

The project is located in the Taiziwan area of Shekou, Nanshan District, Shenzhen. The project plans to divide two 120M super high-rise apartments at the two ends of the plot. The two 100M office towers are located on the side of Gangwan Avenue and form a regional office landmark. The warehouse is used for storage. The large-scale overhead technique on the ground floor is also arranged along the side of Harbor Avenue, creating as much public space as possible for the city. The project design introduces green elements into the building through vertical greening. Add natural elements to the architectural form. Turn the building into a green ark for the whole area. The design of the facade adopts the elements of sails, which implies that the sails will be set sail as soon as the sails move, and it echoes with the cruise ship home port building on the south side of the plot.
