Based on the original structure of the old building, the designers expand the interior of the house and add a functional area to maximize the space and location advantages of the project. The first floor space abandons complex partition doors, to greet an open layout. It separates various functional areas with metal hook edges to bring a sense of integrity and liquidity to the space. Starting from the entrance, it divides the front hall and the dining hall with a metal and glass screen, which protects privacy and leads the scene into the house, and increases the lighting effect. The main living room adopts a two-storey high ceiling to broaden the space vision. The unique European chandelier makes up the atmosphere and texture of the space. The Hermes orange is used to decorate the soft outfits bringing a full breath of life. The ground mainly applies black texture marble to enrich the visual effect. A corner facing the lake is set as a tea room providing a fascinating view. The wooden furniture, coupled with cotton pillows, echo the Chinese chandelier, bringing a Chinese style to the whole space. The sense of spatial experience is taken as a main factor in the layout. Most of the daily activities are placed on the first floor of the villa, while the living space is planned on the second and third floors, creating a sense of “privacy” in the personal space. The rest space is endowed with a comfortable and solemn atmosphere under the modern design technique and a gray tone. The glass curtain extends the outdoor natural beauty into the room, deepening the dialogue between the interior and the outdoor.

The elaborate courtyard and terrace link the interior and the exterior of the house. The grand French window introduces the outdoor natural green scenery and light into the room, making the whole space a residence open to the natural beauty and a private space enjoying the outdoor life.
