The advanced smart equipment and large storage cabinets bring convenience to the clients and create a comfortable and exquisite living area for everyone. To fulfill the client’s ideal residential space, the design team proposed a space with a simple American style, creating a warm and comfortable home for the client who often travel back and forth between United States and Taiwan. This design emphasizes to create a comfortable space that meets the needs of the client’s living habits. The design team also uses smart design to enlarge the spatial scale in the limited space, extends the visual feeling through the windows, and gray mirrors expands and enlarges the space, moreover, the combination of materials creates a unique spatial atmosphere. The public area implements an open style design to reduce the separation between the living room, dining room, and the kitchen, thereby expanding the visual feeling and make the space more interactive. The use of sliding door effectively divides the independent room and creates a flexible and functional space characteristic. The design team specially retains the bright lighting features of the site, putting large windows to let the sunlight enters the space and bring a bright and comfortable natural atmosphere. The installation of smart devices also enhances the convenience of the clients, and each bedroom is specially planned to fulfill everyone’s needs.
