Club Med Joyview Tianding Lake Resort centers its design around the theme of "Joyful Coexistence with Nature," seamlessly blending the brand's ethos with the unique natural resources of Tianding Lake. The resort integrates three main elements—pine forests, rice terraces, and the lake—creating an immersive, nature-inspired experience. In the pine forest area, treehouse-style accommodations and canopy observation platforms bring the breathtaking views of the lake and mountains into the living spaces, enhancing guests' connection with nature. The rice terrace features cascading waterfalls and terraced landscapes, preserving the She ethnic farming culture while serving as an ecological education space. Along the lakefront, multi-level activity zones, tidal pools, and artificial wetlands address seasonal water fluctuations, offering dynamic water-based and interactive experiences that foster deeper environmental engagement.

The site planning maximizes lake views while skillfully addressing elevation changes. Spacious outdoor dining and relaxation areas are integrated into the main restaurant and bar platforms, surrounded by plants to create a pleasant dining environment with the lake and mountains as a natural backdrop. The lakeside trail and grassy terraces connect the lakefront vistas with the mountain landscape, creating a fluid connection with the natural surroundings. The pine forest restaurant platform leverages natural elevation differences, using native wood and tree canopy cover to create a welcoming, open dining and leisure atmosphere. The specially designed artificial wetland system not only supports water sports activities but also deepens the resort's ecological interactions, reflecting its commitment to sustainable development.

Incorporating She ethnic handicrafts and intangible cultural heritage, the resort blends local culture with family-friendly activities, embodying the design philosophy of "Nature as the Stage, Culture as the Soul," balancing luxury and sustainability.
