“Yong Shang Cheng zhen” is located in Taichung’s 14th Redevelopment Zone in Beitun District, near Taichung Central Park, and serves as a key hub connecting the Taichung Science Park and Shuinan Trade and Economic Park. The area encompasses abundant green space and an elite business district, where technology and ecology go hand in hand.



Designed by the renowned architect Hsu, Hsien-Jui and his team, this project stands

tall with 11 floors above ground and 1 floor underground, with 40 residences. In harmony with low-density development and high green coverage in 14th Redevelopment Zone, it cultivates a tranquil and poetic atmosphere, offering a prestigious and private living experience.



The boutique residence features 2- to 3-bedroom layouts, with only four units per floor serviced by dual elevators. Furthermore, each unit enjoys dual-aspect lighting, front and rear balconies, and two bathrooms with windows. The impressive 3.4-meter ceiling height creates an unparalleled living experience.



The exterior is based on White Minimalism, where smooth curves lend a sense of lightness and elegance. A lightweight structural design minimizes the burden of earthquakes on the building, with expansive windows optimize ventilation and natural lighting, allowing residents to embrace the surrounding landscape.



The landscape design emphasizes a sense of homecoming ritual. With sculptures, water features, and seasonal plants, it intertwined to create a richly layered welcoming atmosphere.
