Beijing Chang'an Huaxi Mansion Model Rooms

The design theme of the project, "Four Seasons of Dawn", uses the sequence of spring, the green of summer, the joy of autumn and the Serenity of winter to create a private social and leisure territory, conveying a sense of simple, complex and orderly urban leisure.

The Sequence of Spring (78㎡ Model Room) introduces the home with the freshness of spring, using soft green tones inspired by early morning leaves. The living room, featuring wood accents and warm whites, is anchored by a white L-shaped leather sofa and a moss-green rug, creating a lively yet calm atmosphere. A versatile dining table enhances the space, while the master bedroom, with brown tones reminiscent of spring soil, offers a tranquil retreat, bathed in the soft glow of morning light.

The Green of Summer(96㎡ Model Room) celebrates the vibrancy of summer. The room is filled with light tones and green shades of forest and lichen, bringing a sense of warmth and renewal. Sunlight pours in through expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, creating an airy, open feel. A coffee-themed sideboard blends functionality with elegance, while the master bedroom, with its oversized corner windows, invites nature inside. The second bedroom, adorned with calming green hues and floral art, provides a soothing, refreshing escape.

The Joy of Autumn (118㎡ Model Room) captures the calm beauty of fall. Soft whites, light browns, and wood tones evoke autumn’s peaceful serenity. Rich textures in the living room, combined with large windows that invite natural light, create a warm, harmonious space. A marble dining table adds sophistication, while the master bedroom, with its subdued color palette, offers a peaceful retreat. The music room serves as a personal haven for reflection and relaxation.

The Serenity of Winter (135㎡ Model Room) embodies winter’s stillness, with brown and warm white tones evoking the quiet beauty of the season. Simple, calm design elements—such as dark wood accents and natural light streaming through expansive windows—create a serene, contemplative atmosphere. The use of minimalist lines and soft colors enhances the space, providing the perfect sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
