Strategically located beside the vibrant CIMB Market Place e-Café, it offers an immersive experience with stunning views of the Raffles Place MRT and Singapore’s bustling financial district.

Designed as a transition area, the FOH welcomes guests into an elegant waiting lounge before leading them to private meeting rooms via a dedicated lift, ensuring privacy and ease of access. Its connectivity to multiple points—the office entrance, private lift lobby, and e-Café—creates a cohesive flow that enhances user experience while promoting collaboration.

The FOH’s design emphasizes modernity with an all-white aesthetic, accented by wood and bold colors that align with the Market Place’s vibrant palette. Curvilinear walls and dynamic corridors guide movement seamlessly, while the central waiting lounge features a striking white high-gloss feature wall adorned with hidden lighting and the CIMB logo. A zigzag pattern of alternating white surfaces and moss panel inserts adds a refreshing natural element.
The meeting spaces cater to various needs, from a grand boardroom with a custom white marble table and concealed cable management to adaptable mid-sized and small rooms equipped with video conferencing tools. Floor-to-ceiling windows and high ceilings flood the spaces with natural light, creating an airy, welcoming environment. Operable walls allow mid-sized rooms to merge for flexibility, while gold-accented carpeting reinforces CIMB’s branding. To blend heritage with modernity, MGroup incorporated details like book-matched marble walls with diamond motifs and trellis-inspired patterns in the central lounge. A bold red rug adds vibrancy, while greenery softens the aesthetic and enhancing comfort.
