Huidongsheng & Yufengda Industrial Building Complex has been completed. The total construction area of ​​the project is 322,150 square meters. The project is located at the intersection of Guangqiao Road and Liaoyu 2nd Road, Yutang Street, Guangming District, Shenzhen. It is the innovation base of science and technology industry in the northern center of Shenzhen.
The planning and design strives to transform the high volume ratio into high aggregation. A total of 7 industrial office buildings and 2 employee dormitory buildings are designed for the two plots, which also meets the requirements of the developer. The building facade is designed in a modern architectural style, pursuing a simple and clean appearance and a square and generous shape. The facade mainly uses three materials: aluminum, stone and glass. Because the terrain is very long, in order to make the vision along the street richer, we use the changes of glass curtain walls. This also enriches the visual experience in the park.
