In the fast-paced modern life, automatic stir-fryers have gradually gained favor among consumers for their convenience. However, most of electric-powered stir-fryers on the market fail to meet the demand of Chinese cuisine for high temperatures, often resulting in soggy textures and a lack of wok hei to frustrate users. This gas-powered automatic stir-fryer integrates open fire heating with an intelligent control system, aiming to provide an automated cooking solution that can authentically replicate traditional Chinese flavors.

The key advantage lies in its open fire heating powered by gas. Unlike electric heating, gas-powered open fire heating delivers instant high temperatures for quick stir-frying to effectively lock in the authentic taste and aroma of ingredients, achieving wok hei in dishes; meanwhile, it allows more flexible heat control, empowering users to effortlessly explore diverse culinary creations. The design team has also established optimal temperature curves for different dishes through extensive experiments, and introduced them into the product. In this way, the stir-fryer equipped with intelligent temperature control technology ensures the best taste of every dish (crispy vegetables, crispy-outside-tender-inside meats, rich sauces, etc.) under precise temperature control. Moreover, it features full-process automation. The product employs the built-in temperature sensor to intelligently identify cooking phases, and synchronizes with the range hood and the stove to automatically adjust suction power and heat intensity, thus effectively alleviating pollution associated with cooking oil fume and contributing to a more intelligent kitchen.

In terms of detail design, the top feeding port allows users to add ingredients without frequently opening the lid, preventing heat loss and ensuring consistent dish quality. Furthermore, the easy-to-disassemble lid facilitates convenient cleaning, and can adapt to dishwashers. The product with an internal battery breaks away from the constraints of power cords, and offers up to 80 minutes of continuous use, sufficient to make multiple dishes in succession.
