Nanbu Lijing School is located on the side of Lijing South Road in Pingshan District, Shenzhen, with a land area of approximately 21000 square meters. It is planned to be built as a 45 class nine-year integrated school, including 30 primary schools and 15 secondary schools, with a total building area of approximately 67000 square meters.
As a new generation of community-based campus, we use unconventional facade techniques to depict a dynamic and lively facade image through transparency, interruption, and interweaving of volume boxes; The staggered design of the internal space and the multi-level platform space provide students with rich and interesting living scenes. We hope that our school is a "city symbiotic community campus", allowing every child to learn, grow, and inherit in the new generation of campus environment.
The design highlights are mainly reflected in the following five characteristics:
1.Creating a campus entrance with a sense of ceremony, while also serving as a window for external exhibitions and student pick-up and drop off waiting.
2.Become an urban interactive space for Pingshan Riverside Wetland Park and serve as the second venue for surrounding meetings and exchanges.
3.Establish a shared communication space between campus and surrounding community residents.
4.Create a campus living room to become a cultural stage and spiritual place for different festivals on campus.
5. By carrying different composite functions within the campus through the urban ring, it becomes the memory center of campus culture.
6. The green building goal of this project is a two star rating according to the "Green Building Evaluation Standards". The basic concept of the project's green building design is to create an environmentally friendly, healthy and comfortable educational building with low energy and resource consumption. Based on building energy efficiency of 50%, we aim to save resources, protect the environment, and reduce pollution throughout the entire lifecycle, providing people with healthy, suitable, and efficient use of space, and maximizing the harmonious coexistence between humans and nature in high-quality buildings.
