XINGANG BIONIC F-LSB is a revolutionary ultra-smooth finish panel, ENF-grade with zero added formaldehyde, overcoming the traditional OSB finishing challenges. Traditional Oriented Strand Board (OSB), while structurally robust, typically has a coarse surface. This makes high-quality direct finishing difficult, often requiring additional sanding or covering processes, which increases costs and labor time, and also limits its application in scenarios demanding refined aesthetic effects. More importantly, adhesives used in traditional board production can release harmful volatile organic like formaldehyde, posing potential threats to indoor air quality and occupant health. XINGANG BIONIC F-LSB is a revolutionary upgrade to traditional OSB. It innovatively uses fine wood particles or fibers as the surface raw material and incorporates two fine material layers, achieving an "ultra-flat" and exceptionally smooth surface effect. This breakthrough effectively solves the problem of poor direct finishing results due to rough board surfaces, making it perfectly compatible with various finishing processes such as high-gloss impregnated paper lamination, PET film application, painting, UV coating, and melamine paper, all with high lamination efficiency. Advanced Smart Manufacturing Process: The project introduced Shandong Province's first Dieffenbacher continuous press line, integrating internationally leading equipment such as GLOBUS super flakers, Italian Pal screening systems, and Dieffenbacher online gluing and surface layer air forming systems. This enables Industry 4.0 smart manufacturing, achieving quality standards on par with international levels. Enhanced Performance: Two fine material layers are added and integrally formed through high-temperature hot pressing, ensuring excellent overall uniformity. Fully automatic ten-sander double-sided sanding achieves a one-pass finish, allowing for versatile decorative applications ("finishes can be applied as desired"). Long, slender wood flakes arranged in a criss-cross pattern provide the board with outstanding structural stability and anti-deformation properties, making it particularly suitable for demanding applications like door panels. XINGANG BIONIC F-LSB utilizes a "dopamine-like" bionic green adhesive technology, jointly developed with Northeast Forestry University. This technology overcomes the limitations of traditional formaldehyde-based adhesives, achieving zero added formaldehyde, zero benzene, and zero harmful substances throughout the entire production process. The product's environmental grade reaches the stringent ENF level (formaldehyde emission ≤0.025mg/m³) and has obtained HENF environmental certification.
