The spatial arrangement of the apartment flows around a central open-plan core, where the kitchen, dining, and living areas merge into one unified expanse. The design draws heavily from the meditative beauty of Chinese ink wash painting, interpreting its tonal depth through a carefully curated spectrum of dark materials.
