This project involves a newly built approximately 1,600 square feet residence, designed with the vision of creating a tasteful urban home for a modern man. The overall style follows a modern luxury approach, with three main design highlights: the use of stone, the application of contrasting colors throughout the space, and the integration of large beams and structural columns.
