This project adopts an open-plan modern design style, making the office space seamlessly blend with surrounding urban landscapes. By overlapping spatial scenery with functional zones, it creates a new type of workspace that boosts employees' work efficiency while ensuring relaxation.
The reception area features sand-blasted antique bronze gold finishes combined with microcrystalline stone materials to create a luxurious and refined atmosphere that reflects the company's vision of pursuing excellence. The main office environment applies an open-plan layout rather than a regular partitioned design to construct an all-new efficient and flexible workspace. The private offices take grey-white floor tiles to create a soft and comfortable ambiance, complemented by artistic marble backgrounds to enrich the visual experience. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow various office spaces to seamlessly blend with outdoor landscapes, such as tall buildings, bridges, and rivers, enhancing spatial diversity. Besides, artistic carpets are used in meeting rooms to soften the solemn atmosphere.
In the dedicated relaxation zone, natural-textured decorations like wood grain finishes and sintered stone materials set a relaxing vibe. Wood Plastic Composite (WPC) flooring is utilized to form an "Aerial Garden"-style outdoor leisure venue, enhanced by a running track made of artificial turf, achieving a smooth transition between outdoor natural landscape and indoor environments.
A spacious and simple layout maximizes the use of natural light, paired with concealed LED lighting strips to reduce the sense of oppression and energy consumption. Moreover, greenery is introduced to make the office space healthy and eco-friendly, harmonizing the work environment with nature.
