This project is located in the northeast of Hefei's main urban area, in the Shaoquan Lake city sub-center of the New District. The uniqueness of the project lies in its planning, which includes a central park, the Shaoquan Lake ecological green space, and riverside leisure landscape belt, integrating abundant natural resources. With dual resources of water systems and parks, the project offers lakeside living with a natural backdrop.
In this context, the design promotes a harmonious residential environment that blends nature with the luxury of city living. The concept of “Curves and Nature” is employed as the theme, using curved design techniques to shape the space and integrate the natural landscape with modern luxury. This creates a high-end villa development that perfectly combines scenic beauty with contemporary living.
The landscape design incorporates six core value points, drawing inspiration from nature with elements like forest, stream, light, waves, clouds, and islands. Using a curved design approach, these elements are layered and merged with the natural environment, providing a refined, vacation-like, and artistic "forest-style" residential garden.
