DREAMY VILLA

This project is located at the prime intersection of Fairy Lake Road and Huangxiang Road in Xiaogan City, positioned in a strategic area for the city's eastward and southward expansion. As the city develops, the transportation infrastructure in this region will be further enhanced. This project is the first fourth-generation sky courtyard private residence in Xiaogan, breaking traditional spatial boundaries by achieving an ultra-high floor area ratio and seamless integration between indoor and outdoor spaces, embodying a new lifestyle for elevated courtyards. Drawing inspiration from the streamlined design of yachts, the architecture features smooth and elegant lines, with an emphasis on vertical greening in some areas. Its exterior not only enhances visual recognition but also outlines a new aesthetic on Xiaogan skyline, revolutionizing traditional living concepts and establishing a new urban aesthetic landmark.
As the first three-dimensional ecological residential project in Xiaogan, the landscape design draws inspiration from the Song Dynasty masterpiece A Thousand Miles of Rivers and Mountains and incorporates elements from the Book of Songs as its cultural foundation. This project merges traditional etiquette with modern aesthetics. The entrance space is designed with a grand, open layout, creating a carefully curated sense of ceremony that leads people into a picturesque setting, evoking the anticipation of the "landscape" scroll. It represents a respect for and inheritance of traditional rituals, using modern techniques to express the intimate relationship between people and nature. The design also features multiple scenographic community nodes, creating a shared, collaborative community foundation. A 1,000-square-meter elegant clubhouse has been carefully crafted in the sunken area, blending culture, leisure, entertainment, and education into one space.
