Celys is a high-performance synthetic polymer designed for the Textile and Fashion industry, offering similar performance characteristics to PET Polyester fibre. It is 100% compostable and biodegradable, leaving zero persistent microplastics or toxins in the environment.

The unique polymer structure also delivers significant advantages:
•     Cotton-touch softness: Celys offers a luxurious, ultra-soft hand feel — softer than conventional PET, making it ideal for next-to-skin comfort in apparel and intimates.
• Superior moisture management: It absorbs 4 times more moisture than regular polyester, with natural channels that allow rapid vaporisation, keeping the wearer cool, dry, and comfortable.
•     Durability, refined: Slightly reduced tensile strength translates to minimal pilling, without sacrificing garment longevity.
• Energy-efficient dyeing: Celys dyes at just 100°C using cationic or low-energy disperse dyes, enabling vivid colours with lower thermal demand and reducing CO2 emissions

The product has achieved certification in both the US and EU with PBI and DIN Certco Certification against ASTM D6400.
